Fees:
Code Compliance/Zoning Research- $160.00 (Turnaround 5 days or less) Completion day will be confirmed when assignment is accepted.
Probate Research- $100.00 (Will include report from Probate of all information found or of seach attempted).
Title Research/Current Owner-$110.00 (Will include information regarding CURRENT owner of record, liens and other recorded documents.) *Please noted fee includes Certified Deed, any other paperwork retrieved is .50 per copy.
Code Compliance/Zoning/Probate/Title Research- $350.00 (will include ALL services above listed in Fee Section.)
